We offer Free Regular Postage for all orders within Australia.

Express Post is an additional flat rate of $15. This can be selected at checkout.


As we are a small team, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and dispatch (this does not include transit time).

Items within Australia are shipped using Australia Post as they are the only company that services the whole of Australia.

Below are Australia Post delivery estimate periods:

  • REGULAR POST: 2-3 days for delivery within the same city or town
  • Other areas – Australia Post advises to allow up to 9 business days
  • EXPRESS POST: METRO AREAS - next business day*
  • Other areas - please allow up to 3 business days

These times are an estimate only during normal trading times. Please make allowances for extenuating circumstances and peak periods such a Christmas.

Delivery options

During check out you may choose if you would like "Signature on Delivery" - this requires your courier to obtain a signature in order to deliver your goods to you. If you choose not to add this feature and your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directly.

If you choose to have any parcels from CRYST Safe Dropped to your address (leave the item in a safe place at the delivery address) and the parcel goes missing after delivery, you will need to contact Australia Post directly and lodge a report with your local police office.

We are here to help if a parcel goes missing on it's way to you whilst in transit. We don't like missing parcels at all and will do everything in our power to help find your parcel.

If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you and organise to ship your item again at an additional cost to you. 

Reasons for “Return to Sender”

  • incorrect/incomplete address
  • failure to pick up from your local post office within the required timeframe

If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address, no refunds will be provided for any shipping costs.


Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer with the tracking number. The best way to track and manage your package is with the Australia Post mobile app. You can receive updates about your delivery via the app, and you'll be able to update your delivery preferences once your parcel is on the move.
