At CRYST, we take great pride in our products. Each and every crystal is lovingly carved with the utmost care. Before being dispatched to its new home with you, each piece undergoes quality control processes, and much care is given to packaging your fragile purchases so they arrive safely.

Due to the nature of natural stone and the shape made from carving, some crystals may have imperfections on the base and possible chips on the edges. This is stated on all shop pages relating to each crystal so the customer is aware of this before purchasing. 

Returns and change of mind

CRYST complies with the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (the Act), and does not process returns or refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. So always be mindful of this when choosing a piece or making a purchase from CRYST. 

Damaged items and timeframes

If your purchase arrives damaged, please email info@crystcollective.com within 3 days of receiving your item/s.

Once approved via return email, we will provide you with a returns form to be filled out. You will be required to return the item/s to CRYST within 5 days of receiving approval. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us, will not be accepted.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Once received, we will provide you with a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value or a store credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds

Refunds are approved only for damaged or faulty items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will contact you to advise if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellation of Order

If you purchase products from the CRYST website, and the order is paid for and processed and you decide to cancel your order before the item/s are shipped, you will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

Customer responsibility

Returns will not be processed without contacting CRYST prior to sending the item/s.

Replacement items or refunds for damaged goods will only be made once the item/s have been received and approval granted for the return.

Return item/s must be posted back within 5 days, otherwise your return or exchange will not be accepted.

All returned items must be lodged over the counter at your nearest Australia Post outlet and tracking information emailed to info@crystcollective.com

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Other terms and conditions

All items that are returned or refunded, can only be made once.

Our returns policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

CRYST makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 5-day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost. 

Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Australia.
