Crystals are priced differently as the costs vary depending on where the crystal was sourced, cost of shipping, the size of the crystal and how rare or readily available the crystal is. 

Whilst care has been taken to source crystals with similar characteristics, all crystals will not be identical. Some crystals will be wider, thinner, smaller, taller, darker or lighter. The beauty of this is that each piece will be truly unique. 

Due to the nature of carving these pieces from natural stone, there may be slight imperfections around the base or edges.  

Most people feel drawn to hold their crystals or carry them with them. Securing them to a base obviously won't allow you to do this, and it also makes it difficult to dust/clean the base.
