Calm Mind Crystal Trio - Selenite, Smoky Quartz + Amethyst

Smoky Quartz is a highly grounding stone. We spend so much time up in our head, that we don't allow our energy to get all the way down to the ground. We don't inhabit our body enough. Grounding energy means sending that busy energy that sits in the top of your body, all the way down to the ground. This is why Smoky Quartz is a great stress-reliever and brings about a sense of calm. (approx. height 8 - 9cm)

Selenite is a high-vibration stone. It helps form a connection with something greater than ourselves (whether you want to call that higher power God, Universe, Buddha, The Field etc). Connecting with this higher power fosters a trust in life and the greater picture. It's from this place of trust that instils a deep sense of peace. (approx. height 8 - 10cm)

Amethyst is referred to as 'nature's tranquilliser'. It's great at blocking negativity and slowing down a busy mind. When you meditate, it helps you recognise the impermanence of thoughts and helps you connect with a higher perspective. (approx. height 6 - 8cm)
