Fall into deep, nourishing rest.

This guided Deep Sleep Meditation combines yoga nidra (a proven nervous-system reset technique) with delta frequency sound waves, which are the slowest brainwave state connected to deep sleep and cellular repair.

For the first 18 minutes, you’ll be guided to move your awareness through different parts of the body — easing tension, slowing the breath, and naturally relaxing the mind. After the guidance ends, the delta waves and soft music continue playing for a further 17 minutes, giving your body space to drift into sleep.
