- Open the Crystal Meditation Instruction Guide for tips 
- Commit to listening to a crystal meditation daily for the first week
- Start with the Hematite Meditation and work your way along (You will quickly work out which ones your favourites are!)
- Each meditation is approx. 10–15 minutes, designed for ease and depth
- Use headphones (preferably wired) for the most immersive experience
- Turn the volume down low - everything about this ritual is GENTLE
- Lie down or sit comfortably, and enjoy
