This meditation brings you deep into the body, guiding the heavy, anchoring energy of Hematite into the feet, legs, and pelvis to help you ground, stabilise, and return to the present moment. You’ll be gently led to feel your connection to the earth — steady, solid, unshakeable — and to draw that grounding energy into your foundation.
Hematite is known for helping us stay centred and embodied, especially when the world feels fast, scattered, or overwhelming.
